Food Safety Compliance
All products are manufactured in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles implemented across ingredient receiving, production, packaging, storage, and dispatch. We're registered with Monaco health authorities and undergo regular food safety audits.
Allergen Information (EU Regulation 1169/2011)
Our products contain or may contain the following allergens, listed per EU Annex II:
- Tree nuts — almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts
- Peanuts — in some products
- Milk/Dairy — The Purist contains butter
- Sesame — The Intellectual contains tahini
- Sulphites — naturally occurring in dates above 10mg/kg
Cross-contamination warning
All products are produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free products due to shared production equipment. All allergens are clearly bolded on product ingredient lists per EU requirements.

Vegan & Dietary Notes
Most products are vegan. Non-vegan exceptions: The Purist (dairy butter) and The Intellectual (honey) — clearly marked on their product pages. While our dates are naturally gluten-free, cross-contamination may occur in our facility; we are not certified gluten-free.
Nutritional Information & Traceability
Full nutritional declarations (energy, fat, saturates, carbohydrates, sugars, protein, salt per 100g) are available on packaging and product pages, per EU labeling regulations. Every batch is assigned a unique lot code for full traceability from source to delivery, printed on all packaging.
Shelf Life & Storage
Best-before dates are clearly marked on all packaging.

- Refrigerated: 6 months
Do not consume after the best-before date. See our Shipping Policy for perishable handling during delivery.
Sustainability & Sourcing
Our Medjool dates are sourced from established Jordanian date farms supporting traditional farming communities with fair pricing and no child labor in the supply chain. Our chocolate is premium Belgian and European, sustainably sourced where possible. Packaging prioritizes recyclable, food-safe, BPA-free materials with minimal plastic. Producing locally in Monaco means fresh, small-batch, low-waste production.
