Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders €79.99 and above.
Shipping Zones
- Monaco & France — 2–3 business days
- International — 2–4 business days
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00pm CET (Mon–Fri): dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed after 2:00pm CET, or on weekends: dispatched within 1–2 working days (weekend orders ship Monday)
Saturday, Sunday, and Monaco public holidays are not processing days.
Shipping Costs
- Under €79.99: standard rate (Monaco & France) or calculated at checkout (international)
- €79.99 and above: free to all destinations
Local Pickup — Monaco Workshop
Collect your order directly from our workshop, Monday–Saturday by appointment. Contact us at dateme.snack@gmail.com to arrange — no shipping fees, and your dates come fresh from our kitchen.
Perishable Product Handling
Our dates are fresh, perishable products. All orders ship in insulated packaging with ice packs during warm weather.
- Choose delivery for Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays
- Refrigerate upon receipt for maximum freshness
- Avoid shipping to locations where the package may sit unattended
Shelf life: 3 months at room temperature, 6 months refrigerated. See individual product pages for specific guidance.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Questions? Email dateme.snack@gmail.com with your order number.
Delivery Issues
Package not received: check with neighbours/building reception, verify your address in the confirmation email, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then contact us if still missing after 7 business days.
Damaged in transit: take photos immediately (packaging + product) and email them to dateme.snack@gmail.com within 48 hours — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong address provided: contact us immediately. Rerouting fees may apply (typically €10–15) and we cannot guarantee a successful reroute.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs clearance can add 1–10 days to delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees apply, and the product must be consumed within its original shelf life.
Special Delivery Requests
Need delivery on a specific date? Add a note at checkout — we'll do our best but can't guarantee it. We recommend a 1-day buffer for gifts and important occasions. For business/office deliveries, include the business name and a phone number for the carrier.
