We want you to love your dates. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Perishable Products Policy

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable products — but we stand behind our quality.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Product arrives damaged — photos within 48 hours to dateme.snack@gmail.com, full refund or replacement
  • Product arrives spoiled/melted — photos within 48 hours with your order number, full refund or replacement
  • Wrong product received — contact us within 48 hours, keep the product, we'll send the correct one
  • Missing items from order — contact us within 48 hours, we'll send missing items immediately
  • Package lost in transit — wait 7 business days past estimated delivery, then contact us with your order number for a full refund or replacement

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Changed your mind — perishable products cannot be returned once opened; please choose carefully
  • Didn't refrigerate upon delivery — shelf life guidance is provided with every order
  • Delivered but not retrieved promptly — please refrigerate immediately upon receipt
  • Ordered the wrong flavor or quantity — please double-check your cart before purchase
  • Recipient didn't like it (gifts) — personal taste preferences aren't covered; we recommend trying before gifting

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email dateme.snack@gmail.com within 48 hours, subject line "REFUND REQUEST" + order number
  2. Include your order number, photos (if damaged/spoiled), a description of the issue, and your preferred resolution
  3. We'll respond within 24 business hours
  4. Replacements ship within 1–2 business days; refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Once approved: 3–5 business days processing, plus 5–10 business days for your bank/card to post it — typically 7–15 business days total.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime by emailing dateme.snack@gmail.com before your next billing date. Refunds only apply to unshipped orders — already-shipped orders are non-refundable.
